Introducing myself in words is not really my thing, I feel it can never cover the full expression of Who I am !
Resilience comes from nature, nurture and culture. As I grew up, the nature, nurture and culture were aligned in such a way for me that it taught me to be resilient.
I am a mother of two beautiful children and a wife to a lovely man. I absolutely love all things related to spirituality, meditation, nutrition and ancient yogic practices. I am a firm follower of Nichiren Buddhism as a life’s philosophy. Meditation and spending time in nature are my go-to techniques to keep stress at the bay.
Nearly 8 years ago, I had this yearning to do something more meaningful in my career, to follow my interests and passions. Prior to this, I had a successful career in the technology industry working with large global organisations for over a decade. The money and future prospects were promising, however I observed a number of my colleagues struggling with work related stress, feeling pressurized, struggling to find a breakthrough with their career progression or transition plans. My gentle and approachable nature meant that I often find myself in the position of offering a listening ear to many of my colleagues. I quite liked being part of those conversations. During this time informally and sometimes formally I had successfully mentored a number of people. It was so fulfilling for me that I decided to formally train myself as an Executive Coach and a Business Psychologist as I discovered I had a natural ability and passion for it. I thoroughly love my job, I am so so glad to have made this career transition.
I firmly believe in the vastness of human potential, in terms of what human beings can achieve if they absolutely put their mind and heart to it. My mission in life is to help people realize their inherent potential and guide them to discover it themselves.
