Vision
My passion and mission is to help build a sustainable work culture for organisations where executives/business leaders lead from a place of self-awareness, show empathy, are ethical, accountable, come to work bringing their whole selves up, leaving their guards down so that together they can build successful teams that can solve problems, innovate and create stress free & professionally thriving environments for everyone. My Job as a Coach is truly gratifying when I am part of a journey in bringing about such a transformational change among executives/clients.

About Me
Hello,
I am Reena. I am an accredited Executive Coach and a Business Psychologist.
As a core value of my life, I believe that hope gives rise to courage and my intent is to fire the light of self-belief into my client's journey so that they can find courage in whatever they are dealing with.
I unequivocally enjoy being part of other people’s journey of self-exploration in becoming the best version of themselves. I firmly believe in the power of compassion, communication, connections, silence, calmness and empathy.
My background is in technology where I worked for more than a decade prior to becoming an Executive Coach and a Business Psychologist. I have had experience working with various big corporate and I have been running my own business too.
I arrived into the world of Coaching in the pursuit of finding meaning and purpose in my work.
My approach to Coaching is holistic as I do not see a separation between personal and professional challenges, I believe that one affects the other. My style of Coaching involves virtues of compassion, passion, empathy, warmth, calmness, trust and holistic listening. My Coaching practice is also informed and influenced by the underpinnings of research in psychology, it's an evidence based practice.
Each of my clients so far have inspired me remarkably which has led to invaluable insights. I believe I will continue to seek and will never stop learning.
I have a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Birkbeck, University of London. I have the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). I am an AoEC accredited Associate Executive Coach. I have a Psychology course certificate from Oxford University. I am a member of International Coach Federation[ICF] and accredited by EMCC at practitioner level [EIA].

Let’s Talk
I am conscious of the challenges and stresses of the modern-day work-life. How it feels to not feel safe, seen, heard and respected at work and the inherent untapped possibilities never ever explored. I honestly do recognize the pain when my clients say – ‘I don’t feel happy at work’ or 'I don’t know how to navigate through these challenging situations of my life' ,whatever that may be for them.
